Documentation / Letters of Advice

It is open to the SNCT to provide additional advice on the implementation of Circulars. Such advice does not vary conditions of service but is designed to:

  • Clarify SNCT thinking to reduce potential misunderstandings at the local level
  • Provide advice on good practice
